Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in a meeting on capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses and implementation of the programs of overhaul of social facilities

On 27 July, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of the Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farit Mukhametshin will all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported that all programs of the capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi-apartment houses are in progress.

He gave the numbers related to the implementation of capital overhaul of 185 facilities in the education sphere, 94 catering units at schools, 138 medical facilities, 24 cultural facilities and 7 youth centers of the republic.

The regional Minister also reported about work going on at 21 facilities of ecology by federal and regional programs, capital overhaul of buildings belonging to the Ministry of Labour Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Forestry and Ministry of Agriculture and of the implementation of the capital overhaul programme under way at 635 and completed at 110 multi-apartment houses in all municipalities of the republic.

Speaking in detail about utility payments collection, Marat Ayzatullin said that as of June 2024 the collection amount decreased by 1.6 per cent compared to the same period last year and made 101.6%.

The average yearly payment amount made 99.3%, which tallies with the amount during the same period last year, he said.

The Minister informed that as of July 1 of 2024 the gas payments arrears decreased by 13m rubles compared to the same period last year and made 236m, while the electricity arrears reached nearly 39m rubles.

He also informed that the debts of managing companies to the Tatnergo Company for the heat supply decreased by 32m rubles and made 156m as of 1 July 2024.
