Tatarstan prepares for the implementation of Our Yard programme in 2025

On 3 August, reporting about implementation of the Our Yard programme in Tatarstan at a meeting held by the Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference,  the Head of the City Environment Development Department of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Arina Petrova reported that road work continues in 31 municipalities of the republic with the total amount of it completed by 75 per cent. She clarified that the pace of the work is by 9% lower than that planned.

Informing about yard lighting work, Arina Petrova said that it is in progress in 16 municipalities with the total amount of it in the republic finished by 71%.

The plan of equipment mounting work has been fulfilled by 46% in 29 municipalities of the republic, she said.

Giving analysis of the road work lag, Arina Petrova reported that it is mainly caused by delays of the planned work of utilities engineering network organizations and added that it is planned to complete the work in 800 yards of the republic by the end of August and 33 yards will be finished in September.

She also reported about measures taken to respond complaints from local residents and said that as there were more than 350 complaints in the last two weeks only it is necessary to respond to them in two working days.

In conclusion she informed about preparation work for implementation of the Our Yard programme in 2025 and gave an errand to heads of municipalities to take under their personal control the submission of yard plans included into top-200 for priority improvement.
