Rustam Minnikhanov: Cooperation between Tatarstan and partners from North Rhine-Westphalia will be continued for the benefit of our regions

On October 16 Rustam Minnikhanov met with Minister of Economics, Industry and Commerce of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia Garrelt Duin.
The meeting was held at Landtaga building, the Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia (Dusseldorf, Germany).
In his welcoming speech Mr. Duin noted that being economically developed innovative regions, Tatarstan and North Rhine-Westphalia have a lot of common interests.
Rustam Minnikhanov is also sure that perspective cooperation between Tatarstan enterprises and German partners will be beneficial for both regions.
At the end of the meeting the parties agreed to create a working group for developing the road map to implement joint projects.

On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
