Construction of new building of Tatarstan Arbitration Court started in Kazan

On October 18 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of Federal Arbitration Court of Volga district Yury Glazov, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, Chief Federal Inspector in Tatarstan Renat Timerzyanov, Chairman of Tatarstan Arbitration Court Nikolay Novikov, Chairman of Tatarstan Supreme Court Ilgiz Gilazov took part in the foundation stone laying ceremony of new building of Arbitration Court.
At present, there are 5 buildings in Kazan for Arbitration Court judges with court sessions held in chambers of judges not in special halls.
A 7-store building with an area of 17.000 thousand square meters is designed for 85 judges. The construction works will be funded from the Russian budget under the federal programme.
“Today our dream has become closer. We designed different layouts of the building in different places and at last due to Nikolay Novikov and the federal programme this building will be constructed,” Rustam Minnikhanov said speaking at the ceremony.
According to Tatarstan President, the new building is necessary, because the constitutional state requires effective work of judges and judges need comfortable conditions. Tatarstan President promised to take the building construction under control.
Chairman of Federal Arbitration Court of Volga district Yury Glazov, in his turn, noted the importance of providing comfortable working conditions for judges.
“Due to rapid development of Tatarstan Republic and its economic sector, the judges will be in demand,” Yury Glazov said. According to him, the new building of Tatarstan Arbitration Court can become one of Kazan landmarks as well.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
