Ildar Khalikov holds board session of “Grid company”

On October 25 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a board session of OAO “Grid company” on fulfilling the plan on capital repair of 900 objects of main and distribution network for 9 months of 2013.
The Board of directors considered implementation of measures on preparation for autumn-winter period 2013-2014.
It was stated that all measures included in the plan had been implemented. According to results of inspection conducted by the commission with participation of Ministry of Industry and Trade, Volga Department of Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision, Tatarstan Ministry of Emergency Situations positive decisions were made and operational readiness acts were drawn up.
The Board of directors defined improvement of customer service level as one of company’s priority activities. Organisation of one-stop customer services was also discussed at the session.
It is planned to establish a unified contact centre to process all requests of electric users with 24-hour hot line, customer centres and service points, and web reception on company’s website, and adopt CRM system.
Implementation of all the mentioned measures is expected to considerably increase availability and openness of services of OAO “Grid company”.
Responsibilities and plan of the Board’s work were approved, members of the Audit Committee, HR and Rewards Committee, and Innovation Committee were elected.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
