9622 requests sent to “Public control” starting this year

On November 12 at a briefing on implementation of the project “Public Control” in Tatarstan, Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya said that a great number of citizens’ requests sent to the state information system “Public control” were about improvement of the territories and traffic management.
She reported on the work of the state information system “Public Control” for 10 months of this year. By and large, 9622 citizens’ requests have been registered in the system during this period.
To the point, the state information system “Public Control” has been functioning since April 2013. 14468 requests have been sent to the system for this period of time.
According to Sariya Saburskaya, a great number of requests were about improvement of territories (4644), traffic management (4566), cars that hinder passage for pedestrians or vehicles, public transport, mobile communication and dumps.
According to Sariya Saburskaya, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Agryz, Bavly, Zainsk, Nizhnekamsk and Almetievsk region demonstrated good work in the system.
The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Services, Ministry of Transport and Roads, Ministry of Information and Communication have the lowest number of requests with positive solution.
Sariya Saburskaya also reported on the problem related to the time spent for request processing, which is 10 working days. At present, 48% of requests were not considered in time.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
