On 3 May, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin reported that 1m 570 thousand square meters of housing has been commissioned in Tatarstan by 3 May which makes 48 per cent of the planned including six houses by the social mortgage programme.
He also informed about work done on the occurrence rate of industrial injuries, having reminded that since the beginning of the current year the self-regulating organizations have carried out 848 construction site checks and applied disciplinary measures to 348violators. Damir Shaydullin also told about checks carried out by the Gosstroynadzor and the Chief Investments-Construction Directorate and the violations found during the traditional cleaning campaign.
The regional Deputy Minister also informed about housing provided to separate categories of residents such as the orphans, young families and families with many children and forced migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl liquidators.
He informed about amount of work completed in the spheres of school education, healthcare, youth policy, sports, culture and ecology.
Having told about work to be done for improvement of 61 public spaces, Damir Shaydullin said that the approval of the list of sites to be improved is carried out with the participation of residents on the mobile app “Tatarstan State Services” from 12 April till 12 June.
In conclusion the Deputy Minister reported about progress work in modernization of engineering networks by federal and regional programmes.
