Leyla Fazleeva meets winners of the programme for veterans and participants of the special military operation “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan”

On 30 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva and two winners of the “Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan” programme, whose mentor she was appointed, discussed further plans and career path.

The programme specially developed for veterans and participants of the special military operation (SMO) is currently being implemented in the republic with the aim of organizing and preparing a team of promising managers from the veterans and participants of the SMO to be then employed by the system of state and municipal governance of Tatarstan and other spheres.

About 1 600 residents of the republic, who took part in the SMO, have already applied for the programme and 45 of them were chosen to pass the training. Each participant is assigned a mentor from among the heads of state and municipal services, who will share their experience and knowledge.
