On November 11, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Director of the Multifunctional Centre for State and Municipal Services in Tatarstan Lenara Muzafarova advised residents to use chat-bot in MAX messenger to make an appointment at the Multifunctional Centre offices.

At the briefing devoted to “Innovations in the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan for comprehensive service to foreign citizens in a specialized department and introduction of legislative mechanisms to counter fraudsters», Muzafarova said that MAX chat-bot has a user-friendly interface and processes requests quickly. The bot also provides requested information on the availability of documents. «You can use the service directly from your smartphone», she said.

The Tatarstan MFC chatbot in MAX allows you to schedule and cancel appointments at MFC branches, find out the status of your request, and check the schedule of the centers and their addresses. Muzafarova urged Tatarstan residents to be careful: scammers have already created a similar chatbot on Telegram.

The director of the Multifunctional Centres in Tatarstan reported that 21,400 people in the republic had self-imposed loan bans, while nearly 5,200 had their bans lifted.

During the briefing, Muzafarova informed about legislative changes in 2025 regarding foreign citizens, as well as the organization of reception of foreign citizens at the multifunctional centers of the republic.
