Boris Pavlov, RT First Deputy Prime Minister: “Innovative economy needs staffing”

Boris Pavlov took part in IX All-Russia conference of extended education “Staffing of innovative processes in Russian economy and education” and All-Russia Forum “Social partnership in continuing education”. Boris Pavlov noted that innovative way of development is connected with scaled investments in human capital.

The Forum is organized by Kazan State Technological University, National Fund of Personnel Training, Russian Union of manufacturers and businessmen, Russian Association of business education, RT Ministry of education and science, RT Ministry of Economy, RT Ministry of industry and trade, RT Chamber of Commerce and Industry, regional associations of employers “RT Association of enterprises and businessmen”.

RT First Deputy Prime Minister informed that innovative development of republic means staffing of the enterprises. Good strategies have been created in republic for innovative development and in spite of economic and finance crisis it’s necessary to realize them so that enterprises could successfully compete with each other.

Development of professional competence of graduate students is also an important factor. Modern innovative economy is in need of highly skilled specialists. Human potential is a strong competent advantage. Thus, investments in human capital is the main object of state policy in all leading countries.

The following topics are planned to be discussed at the conference: efficiency of functioning of structures in higher institutions of extended professional education, the role of extended professional education in increasing of qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in Russian high schools.

Representatives of professional education institutions and leading Russian companies such as JSC “Gazprom”, JSC “Sibur”, JSC “Tatneft”, JSC “Lukoil”, JSC “Rosneft” take part in the conference and forum.
