On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
The mentorship institute gains a special meaning in the modern rapidly changing world. It is you, dear mentors, who become that reliable and solid foundation and guide that helps young professionals find their calling, discover their talents, and realize their full potential. You not just pass your knowledge and skills but shape characters, laying solid value guidelines and influence the worldview of the younger generation of Russian citizens.
In Tatarstan mentorship has always been not just the transfer of professional knowledge, but also the basis for preserving the continuity of generations, a careful attitude towards the unshakable traditions of our multinational people, respect for the wisdom of elders, their invaluable experience aimed at creation.
We are proud of our mentors! Your noble work is a precious contribution into strengthening the human capacity and sustainable development of our republic and the whole country.”
In conclusion Leyla Fazleeva wished all mentors good health, endless energy, professional longevity and new achievements.
