Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in joint session of Russian State Council and Presidential Commission on monitoring achievement of target values of social and economic development of Russia

On December 23 Russian President Vladimir Putin held a joint session of the Russian State Council and Presidential Commission on monitoring achievement of target values of social and economic development of Russia in the Kremlin (Moscow). Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov presented the Republic of Tatarstan at the meeting.

The working group of the Russian State Council prepared the report, which analysed the practice of performance of May orders in regions, stipulated the problems capable to negatively affect the solution of objectives and also offered measures to be taken to increase efficiency of this work.

The joint meeting participants considered practical implementation of measures aimed at performance of presidential orders on social and economic development of the country. Three main issues related to the development of education, modernisation of the housing and utilities sector and increasing labour productivity were discussed at the meeting.
