Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in session of Tatarstan State Council

On December 26 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 47th session of Tatarstan State Council.
At the beginning of the session Tatarstan President declared that Ravil Muratov left his post. “You have presented state authority and government of our republic for many years. Everybody knows you well. I am very glad that Farid Mukhametshin supported the idea to express words of gratitude to you in the presence of members of State Council,” Rustam Minnikhanov pointed out.
Members of State Council thanked First Vice-Premier with applauses. Rustam Minnikhanov presented him the highest award of the Republic of Tatarstan – Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ravil Muratov thanked Tatarstan President for the highest award of the republic. In his speech he noted that the work at Tatarstan Government was interesting. He thanked everybody for appreciation of his work.
Rustam Minnikhanov offered to appoint Aleksey Pesoshin, who has been working as head of Kazan Executive Committee for three years, to the position of First Deputy Prime-Minister.
Members of State Council supported appointment of Aleksey Pesoshin to the position of First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan by the majority of votes.
During the session the members passed the bill “On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the budget of the Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance for 2013 and the planned period of 2014 and 2015”, and bill “On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 and the planned period of 2014 and 2015”.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
