Energy cluster in Tatarstan

Rustam Minnikhanov observed the development of technopolis “INVENT” which is situated in Stolbishi settlement, Laishevsky district. Head of RT Government was accompanied by Ilshat Fardiev, General Director of JSC “Tatenergo” and Aleksandr Timofeev, Head of Laishevsky district.

“Tatenergo” project “Sinergiya” is being realized in this area within cluster approach to energetic branch reform in republic. The project purpose is to create the single network “development-production-supply-consumption”. The first item has been already realized - energy cluster basis (12 enterprises).

According to Elbek Safaev, Head of “INVENT” managing company, 2,7 billion RUR have been invested in group enterprises. All of them are located in Tatarstan - Stolbishi, Kazan, Zainsk, Naberezhnye Chelny. One unique cable project is being realized in Stolbishi. It will specialize in production of various cable items for energetics.

One more important purpose is attraction of small and medium enterprises for raw materials supply and components.
