Ildar Khalikov takes part in extended session of Tatarstan Department of Russian Pension Fund

On January 16 at an extended session of Tatarstan Department of Russian Pension Fund Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that absence of arrears in pension payments is the best result of work of Tatarstan Department of Russian Pension Fund.
Heads of Tatarstan ministries and agencies, employees of Tatarstan President’s Office, State Council, heads of city and regional offices and structural subdivisions took part in the session.
Head of Tatarstan Department of Russian Pension Fund Marsel Imamov made a keynote report on results of the department’s activity in 2013. He informed that the number of pensioners increased by 15.5 thousand and made 1 mln 75 thousand people. The average pension increased by 9.8 per cent and made 9 thousand 851 rubles.
25.6 thousand certificates for maternity capital were issued in 2013.
Among main criteria of the department’s efficient work Ildar Khalikov pointed out a considerable development of the system of electronic state services. By and large, subdivisions of the Pension Fund rendered more than 1.6 mln state services, 32 per cent of services were rendered online.
Speaking about other positive changes, Ildar Khalikov mentioned that the process of annual decrease in the amount of proprietary funds aimed at pension payments was stopped.
Ildar Khalikov also focused on priority tasks of Tatarstan Department of Russian Pension Fund, one of which is dealing with debtors.
Summing up, the Prime Minister presented several awards to the distinguished employees.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
