Ildar Khalikov: “Investment projects give confidence in future of Verkhny Uslon region”

On February 7 at a summary session of local Council of Verkhny Uslon region Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that several investment industrial projects and Innopolis guarantee successful development of Verkhny Uslon region.
Upon arrival Ildar Khalikov visited new 24-apartment house, Verkhny Uslon veterinary association, and took part in session of the local Council. Deputy of State Duma Airat Khairullin and Chairman of the Council of municipalities Minsagit Shakirov took part in the session.
Head of Verkhny Uslon region Marat Ziatdinov made report on results of social and economic development. He noted that the number of individual entrepreneurs decreased because of rise in insurance payments. Among prospective investment projects Marat Ziatdinov pointed out construction of trout breeding plant, paving slab production department, and homebuilding company.
Head of Verkhny Uslon region also mentioned a considerable outflow of young people from the region because of low average salaries.
Speaking about main tasks for 2014, Marat Ziatdinov noted completion of land inventory, and cadastral registration of land plots.
Head of Verkhny Uslon region also told about implementation of regional programmes, important social and cultural objects to be built in the region.
Ildar Khalikov thanked dwellers of Verkhny Uslon region for participation in preparation and holding of Universiade. He noted that a lot of prospective projects are implemented in the region, and its economy will be developing. He reminded that a federal project of international level, Innopolis, is being implemented in the region.
Summing up, Ildar Khalikov presented several awards to distinguished dwellers of the region.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
