Ildar Khalikov takes part in board session of Tyulyachi region

On February 7 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a board session of Tyulyachi municipal region.
Head of municipality Ildus Zaripov made a report on social and economic development of Tyulyachi region in 2013 and tasks for 2014.
To the point, agriculture is the main industry of the region. Unfavorable weather conditions adversely affected the region performance last year. Nevertheless, the region managed to improve its social and economic situation in general. According to the rating of socio-economic development of Tatarstan municipal formations by results of 2013, the region ranked 10. The municipality went 8 positions up in the rating. In particular, average monthly salary increased by 27 per cent in 2013 and made 22,700 roubles. Besides, the average salary in the agricultural sector makes 11,000 roubles.
Head of Tyulyachi region noted the growth of business activity and financial stability in the region. The number of farmers has increased by 1.5 times in the last two years. At present, 23 family farms are operating in the region, two farms are under construction.
According to Ildus Zaripov, the key task is to increase investment attractiveness of the region. The industrial park “Tyulyachi”, being the first and most successful infrastructural industrial platform for small and medium business created in a rural area in Tatarstan, is the priority investment project.
Ildus Zaripov reminded that the decision to establish an industrial park in the region was made in 2012. The project contemplates construction of 30-35 small high-technology manufacturing facilities covering an area of 33 ha. According to the strategic development plan, it will lead to creation of 900 new jobs. It is planned to boost industrial production up to 1.5 billion roubles.
According to Ildus Zaripov, it is planned to launch 7 production lines in 2014 in the territory of the industrial park.
“I believe that it is a very good pilot project, an example of how industrial platforms should be established not only in large cities but in rural municipalities,” Ildar Khalikov noted.
Summing up, Ildar Khalikov noted positive tendencies in social and economic development of the region and at the same time pointed out that the agricultural sector of the region has not achieved its maximum potential yet.
Board Chairman of Tatarstan municipal formations Minsagit Shakirov also took part in the session.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
