Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in session of Bavly region council

On February 21 Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a session of Bavly region council on results of social and economic development and tasks for 2014.
Before the session representatives of regional ministries and departments visited power engineering facilities, looked around the boiler house No. 27 and control station of Bavly branch of ZAO “Tatgazenergo” in Bavly region.
From 2006 to 2008, power engineering facilities of the region were completely reconstructed. It enabled significantly lowering operating costs and expenses for fuel and power resources related to generation and transportation of heat energy.
All reconstructed and newly built resources are fully automated and operated as a single dispatch system. The data from boiler houses are transferred to the central control station via high-speed ADSL communication facilities. A boiler operator controls the work of boiler houses and can monitor all parameters on-line, assess the situation and make decisions.
Before the session Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and other guests also looked around the exhibition of products of local entrepreneurs.
Albert Khabibullin made a keynote report on results of social and economic development of Bavly region in 2013 and tasks for 2014. He noted that gross regional product made 20.3 trillion roubles and increased by 2.2 percent, the share of oil production made 64.9 percent. Small-size enterprises also contributed to development of the regional industry, Albert Khabibullin added.
The average salary made 23,814 roubles, which is 19.2 percent more than the last year’s level. The sphere of mining operation remains in leading position in terms of the salary level.
In 2013 the retail turnover made 3.3 trillion roubles and increased by 11 percent.
Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin informed participants of the session about the economic situation in the republic. He told about programmes on construction of housing, social and cultural facilities, capital repair of houses and schools.
At the end of the session Aleksey Pesoshin presented the medal “For merits in development of local government in the Republic of Tatarstan” to the veteran of the municipal service Rumiya Shafikova and the letter of gratitude of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to Director of OOO “Kzyl-Yar” Farit Fatkhutdinov.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
