Families of deceased veterans of combat operations in Afghanistan to receive one-time financial aid

By initiative of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov families of deceased veterans of combat operations in Afghanistan will receive one-time financial aid in the sum of 10 thousand rubles.
Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin signed the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers №271 on issue of funds.
Lists of families were provided by Coordination Council on issues of veterans of combat operations in Afghanistan, participants of armed conflicts and counter-terrorism operations on the territory of North Caucasian region.
Funds will be paid by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Service. By and large, there are 492 families of deceased veterans of combat operations in Afghanistan.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
