On February 25 Deputy Prime Minister Yury Kamaltynov arrived in Mamadysh region with a working visit to take part in a summary session of the local Council. He also looked around some local organisations and took part in a solemn opening of a 40-apartment house in Mamadyshsky township.
First, Yury Kamaltynov visited Mamadysh distillery, where he saw new production facilities. By and large, 350 million investment funds were attracted to implement innovations.
Then, the delegation headed by Yury Kamaltynov also looked around professional collage No. 87. The principal said that 92-94 percent of certified specialists find jobs according to their degrees and 80 percent of graduates live and work in the region. At present, there are 449 students at college.
Afterwards, the delegation took part in a solemn commissioning of a new house in Mamadyshsky township. By and large, 40 families received keys from new apartments under the programmes on liquidation of failing housing stock and social mortgage.
Head of the region Anatoly Ivanov made a keynote report on social and economic development and plans for 2014. He told in details about region’s agricultural and industrial achievements.
Yury Kamaltynov summarised the session, highly estimated development of the social sector and presented several state awards to the most distinguished workers.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
