Design office “Sukhoi” presented Tatarstan projects in aircraft building with use of nano-technologies

The conference on republican projects in aircraft building with use of nanotechnologies has been held in RT Cabinet with participation of RT First Vice Premier B.P.Pavlov, Managing Director of State Corporation “Rosnanotech” Dionis Gordin, Deputy General Constructor on science of Design office “Sukhoi” – member of scientific and technical council of Design office “Sukhoi” Moisei Lokshin.

Boris Pavlov informed the attendants that scientific, research and development works are being carried out for 45 Tatarstan projects out of 81, industrial technologies in economic branches are being created for 36 projects. 20 projects with amount of financing 21,4 billion roubles have been included in State Corporation “Rosnanotech”.

First Vice Premier pointed out the existing problems which interfere with active development of nano-industry such as poor level of financial instruments for innovation projects in Russia, low interest of domestic business in nano-industrial projects, absence of efficient interaction among experts of “Rosnanotech” and sponsors.

Dionis Gordin emphasized that federal law № 94 should be amended as far as it makes the development of nano-industry inefficient.

Moisei Lokshin recommended to pay a special attention to applications incoming to “Rosnanotech”. Sometimes the aim of project is unclear causing distrust. It is necessary to attract scientific specialists while drawing up enquiries.

Boris Pavlov, in his turn, presented pilot project of creating a municipal unit “International centre of nanotechnologies” in Tatarstan. Preliminary amount of financing approaches to 60 billion roubles.

Professor, Head of laboratory in Kazan State University Albert Gilmutdinov presented perspective product – accumulator of new generation. The participants saw a video demonstrating its facilities.

Moisei Lokshin expressed interest in presented projects, paying a special attention to creation of “International centre of nano-technologies”.
