Tatarstan President meets with Board Chairman of Maire Technimont group

On March 27 at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in Kazan, Board Chairman of Maire Technimont group Fabrizio Di Amato told Rustam Minnikhanov about company’s opportunities and expressed hope that its produce will be in demand in Tatarstan.
The Italian group Maire Technimont includes 50 companies dealing with design of oil production, chemical, energy and infrastructure facilities. 5, 000 people work in the company’s offices in 30 countries.
Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, told about projects being implemented in petrochemical and oil processing industries in the republic. He offered company’s officials to discuss cooperation opportunities with executives of Tatarstan major oil, gas and chemical enterprises.
Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, OAO Tatneft Director General Nail Maganov, OAO Tatneftekhiminvest-holding Director General Rafinat Yarullin, and OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim Board Chairman Vladimir Busygin took part in the meeting.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
