The first turn of logistic complex “Q-Park Kazan” invested by “Quinn Group” (Ireland) opened in Tatarstan

President of “Quinn Group” (Ireland) Mr. Shawn Quinn said at the opening of first turn of logistic complex in Laishevo region that the second construction stage of logistic complex “Q-Park Kazan” would be started upon appearing sufficient number of renter companies and demand for services.
RT Prime minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the event. He reminded that “Quinn Group” had invested 100 mln. dollars in construction of the first phase and is the largest investor in the republic. “We understand that the future of republic depends on development of transport infrastructure and logistics. Our task is to saturate the economy with such objects” – Prime minister said. He highly appreciated the Irish company as the investment partner saying that “Quinn Group” is likely to cooperate with republic in other projects.
“Activities of the “Quinn Group” is many-sided indeed; we may offer cooperation in other projects in production and service sector in case they are interested in it”, - Rustam Minnikhanov said.
Head of Tatarstan government informed that a number of logistic centers are being built in the republic taking into account geographic features and close location to road infrastructure (river navigation, airports, federal highways). In particular, logistic complex “Q-Park Kazan” is situated near international airport “Kazan”.
Mr. Shawn Quinn said that his company is implementing 7 logistic projects in Russia and “Q-Park Kazan” is the greatest one.
“We consider the Republic of Tatarstan to be the major region to be promoted in Russia. We have got in touch with the government”, - Mr.Quinn said.
The space of the first turn of “Q-Park Kazan” is 83 000 m². It meets the highest quality standards of construction in Russia. The project is in demand among international companies such as Schneider, Mc.Donalds and Michelin.
In conclusion, RT Prime minister Rustam Minnikhanov presented the letters of thanks Director General and Manager of “Monotek” (Monotek Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AS) – general contractor of the project.

“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
