Rustam Minnikhanov holds board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”

On March 28 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” at Tatarstan Government House.
Telling about technology development park “Mordovia”, Director General Viktor Yakuba told that implementation of the project started in 2010. Today Mordovia technopark unites innovative infrastructure and Mordovian enterprises, creating incentives for development of small and medium-size business. 44 resident companies currently work at the technopark. Net sales made 582,3 million roubles in 2013.
Today, Mordovia technopark is establishing cooperation with Tatneftekhiminvest-holding and other Tatarstan enterprises.
Rustam Minnikhanov suggested sending Tatarstan delegation to visit technopark.
Director General of the innovative company OOO “Eidos” Ramil Gainutdinov, who took part in the session, presented company’s achievements in the sphere of robotics. The company is developing third-generation robots for OAO KAMAZ under the programme of Russian Ministry of Economic Development. The use of these robots will help reducing time of manufacturing process from two weeks to three hours.
Tatneft Director General Nail Maganov was interested in company’s opportunities.
“The future belongs to robots, therefore, we should support our perspective team, and make use of their solutions in different spheres, especially at hazardous production facilities,” Rustam Minnikhanov noted.
Expansion of the use of regional chemical and petrochemical produce in capital repair was also discussed at the session.
Ernst & Young LLC official Kirill Sidorenko, who took part in the event, told about potential of the holding management system using new tools.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
