Rustam Minnikhanov sends telegram expressing condolences to Chairman of Majlis of Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov in connection with his father’s death

On March 31 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent telegram expressing condolences to Chairman of Majlis of Crimean Tatars Refat Chubarov in connection with death of his father, Abduraman Seitasan oglu Chubarov.

“Dear Refat Abdurakhmanovich! I would like to express my condolences in connection with death of your father, Abduraman Seitasan oglu Chubarov. Death took away one of your closest persons, your dear father, wise advisor, and head of a respectful family. Abduraman aga did many useful and noble things in his life, lived by his people’s hopes, brought up respectable sons, and left warm-hearted memory.

I would like to express deep condolences to your family. Please, accept my words of encouragement.
