RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov :“Formation of receipts at the expense of land and property complex will depend on coordinated work of republican and municipal powers”

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov said at a concluding collegium of RT Ministry of land and property relations that one of the main tasks of the ministry is formation of income part of the budget at the expense of efficient management of state property.

Head of Tatarstan government reminded that last year 6,6 bln. roubles were transferred from State property administration (Directorate) to republic budget, 4,2 bln. roubles - to local budgets. Rustam Minnikhanov paid a special attention to the work of RT Council of municipal institutions. He also emphasized that real estates which are in property of enterprises and organizations may be a serious mortgage instrument particularly under conditions of economic crisis.

Head of Tatarstan government offered to stop any cases of intentional bankruptcy and holding of bankruptcy procedures.

Acting minister of land and property relations Azat Khamaev made the main report at collegium. He informed that total book cost of state property in republic makes up 230 bln. roubles.

In 2008 much work has been done on registration of property right for real estates of state institutions and state unitary enterprises. Thereby, by the end of the year 60 % of republican institutions had the right for real estates registered (total area – 19 000 hectares).

For recent 3 years works on property limitation have been implemented. Far and by RT Ministry of land and property relations passed more than 100 000 objects for he sum of 134 bln. roubles from republic to municipal property.

Azat Khamaev said that in 2008 3 new companies were set up with participation of Tatarstan: JSC “Khimgrad”, JSC “Kazan production association of computing systems”, JSC “Tatavtodor”.

Chairman of Council of municipal institutions Minsagit Shakirov, Director General of managing company of techno polis “Khimgrad” Albert Karimov, Deputy Director General of JSC “Nizhnekamskneftehim” Igor Larionov, Chairman of land and property relations Chamber of Chistopol municipal region Nafis Garaev made reports at the collegium as well.
