8.5 thousand Tatarstan citizens are restricted to travel abroad because of debts

On April 1 at a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers, Tatarstan Bailiff Radik Ilyasov said that 4.5 thousand resolutions on temporary restrictions in relation to debtors have been passed for two months in Tatarstan.
Thus, 8.5 thousand Tatarstan citizens are restricted to travel abroad. He noted that temporary restriction to travel abroad is one of the most efficient ways to motivate debtors for commitment of their obligations. Last year bailiffs managed to collect 210,5 million roubles.
It was noted that 8.5 thousand resolutions on temporary restrictions to travel abroad were passed in 2012. In 2013, 20, 000 resolutions were passed.
To the point, resolutions on temporary restrictions to travel abroad are passed in relations to persons whose debts make 10, 000 roubles and more.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.

He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
