Vladimir Putin holds session of Supervision council of ANO “Agency for Strategic Initiatives on the promotion of new projects”

On April 8 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of the Supervision council of ANO “Agency for Strategic Initiatives on the promotion of new projects” held by Russian President Vladimir Putin in Novo-Ogarevo (Moscow region).
Members of the Supervision council discussed launching of the national rating of the investment climate in Russian regions, measures on improving business climate in the country, some initiatives in social sphere, and provision of legal information to Crimean small and medium-size businesses in connection with joining of Crimea to Russia.
Vladimir Putin said that business climate in Russia should be improved at a rapid pace, by reducing administrative loads. He also reminded that the national rating of the investment climate in Russian regions should be launched, noting that a special rating committee for collecting information in regions was established.
Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Andrey Nikitin, who took part in the event, said that the agency would open a representative office in Crimea and include new regions and countries in their programmes aimed at improving investment climate.

On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
