Ildar Khalikov takes part in meeting on supporting Crimea by Russian regions

On April 8 during his working trip to Crimea, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a meeting on rendering material and methodological assistance to Crimean municipalities chaired by Vice-Premier of Russian Government Dmitry Kozak in Simferopol.
Dmitry Kozak asked Crimean municipalities to prepare new variants of general development plans of townships by October 1. He also recommended leaders of Russian regions to present plans of cooperation with Crimean municipalities to the Ministry for Crimean affairs by April 2015.
According to Dmitry Kozak, cooperation between Russian and Crimean cities and regions should be of humanitarian and material nature. He noted that priority areas are organisation of agricultural works, because there is shortage of agricultural equipment in Crimean regions, rendering help to schools in preparation for new academic year, and material aid to health care industry.
Vice-Premier of Russian Government continued that rules of territorial improvement, which imply responsibility for their violation, should be developed in all townships. He addressed leaders of Russian regions with requirement to help their Crimean colleagues in developing such rules.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
