18 April 2014, Friday
On April 18, during his visit to medical care institutions, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov appreciated the work of the Interregional Clinical Diagnostics Center (ICDC, Kazan).
Accompanied by Tatarstan Minister of Health Adel Vafin and Director General of the ICDC Rustem Khairullin, Rustam Minnikhanov looked around the vascular center’s reception department, the vascular center itself, which is the head one and monitors the work of 16 regional vascular centers, and talked with patients.
The patients thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for treatment conditions and he, in his turn, wished them to recover quickly.
Rustam Minnikhanov also visited the ICDC’s polyclinic, where a modern outpatient cardiologic center was established, and the surgical block, where 11 modern operating rooms are located.
Rustam Minnikhanov highly estimated the level of informatization at the ICDC, where all processes are 100 per cent computerized.
“I have positive impressions of my today’s visit to your center. It is clean and tidy everywhere. I have talked with patients as well. It is very important that they appreciate service quality at the ICDC,” Rustam Minnikhanov said to physicians, adding that there are some issues related to further development of the center that should be dealt with.
“The ICDC is the leading center not only in the region, but also in the district, therefore we will help you. It is very important to comply with the international standards,” Rustam Minnikhanov said and wished the staff success.
