RT Ministry of health care will struggle with dearth rate in road accidents on M-7 highway

RT Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov informed at a meeting in the RT Cabinet that by the decision of Russian government Tatarstan had been included into federal program on improvement of organization of medical aid for the injured in road accidents.

RT Minister of health care have done enormous work on preparing the project of medical aid for the injured in road accidents on M-7 highway.

The program provides delivery of sanitary automobiles (reanimobiles of C class) to the republic for the sum of 67,425 mln. roubles. and subsidies from the federal budget for purchasing of equipment equal to 189,335 mln. roubles. The mentioned items are to supplied to the medical institutions located down a federal highway M-7.

Within the framework of this project zonation of road sections at M-7 highway has been held, injuries centers of the first level defined (that is Regional Clinical Hospital, RT scientific and research centre “Restorative traumatology and orthopaedics”, emergency hospital in Naberezhnye Chelny city .

According to RT Minister of health care implementation of project results in decreasing rates of dearth and disability of the injured in road accidents.

All the vehicles participate in the project due to be equipped with GLONASS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) with unified control system. Efficient system of transportation of the injured to hospitals has been already developed.
