Tatarstan Prime Minister presents awards to winners of the contest “Territory of law”

On May 12, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in solemn summarizing of results of the regional contest “Territory of law” aimed at public recognition and promotion of positive practices of municipal regions, city districts and townships, managers and individuals, who made considerable contribution to ensuring public peace, legal education of the youth and prevention of law violations.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ildar Khalikov called “Territory of law” one of the most important contests for Tatarstan citizens.
The contest is held for the third time under the auspices of Tatarstan Government. More and more enterprises and organizations, public associations take part in it.
He noted that last year police workers and members of public organizations apprehended people suspected of commission of offences, and 100 suspected of committed crimes.
Positive dynamics in prevention of crimes is observed in the republic.
Ildar Khalikov believes that the contest will give new impetus to prevention of law violations, and presented diplomas to winners “For contribution to ensurance of law and order in municipal regions and city districts”.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
