Meeting on capital repair of multi-apartment houses and construction of facilities held at Tatarstan Government House

On May 17, at a video conference with all municipal regions held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government Houses, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Services Farit Khanifov reported that the capital repair has been started at 756 of 793 facilities in 40 municipalities, with dynamics making 69 houses for the last two weeks.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the conference as well.

Farit Khanifov said that, as of May 15, capital repair works have been executed for a total amount of more than 1.5 billion roubles (or 33.28 per cent), with the total funding of the programme making 4.7 billion roubles.

The capital repair of schools has been started in all 159 schools, which were listed in the programme of 2014. With 53 per cent of the programme funding spent, dynamics makes 11 per cent for the last two weeks. To the point, the programme financing makes 2.55 billion roubles.

Farit Khanifov noted that capital repair works have been completed at eight objects in 7 municipal districts. The specialists of Tatarstan State Construction Supervision and Inspection carried out 300 inspections at 102 facilities. As a result of inspections at 17 facilities, 116 violations were detected, 81 of which were eliminated.

Farit Khanifov reported on the process of repair of children’s recreation camps listed in the programme of 2014. Thus capital repair of 13 children’s recreation camps is scheduled. As of May 15, works have been performed at 13 facilities. With 84.7 per cent of the programme funding, which makes 100 billion roubles, spent, dynamics makes 20.4 per cent for the last two weeks.

Rustam Minnikhanov asked to pay special attention to completion of capital repair of the children’s recreation camps to schedule. He also noted that all the summer recreation facilities shall be ready for the summer season.

The Gasification Fund made advance payments making 16 million roubles under the programme of repair of heating system of social facilities, 166 boilers amounting to.5 million roubles were received and allotted in 10 municipal regions. Currently, the Gasification Fund is inspecting facilities in the regions.

Farit Khanifov reminded that under the water supply programme 328 km of water supply networks are planned to be constructed, 28 artesian wells to be bored and 38 water towers to be installed in rural areas. The programme funding made 690 million roubles for 115 facilities. The Gasification Fund has set to work, 7 of 28 wells have been bored.

As for transfer of heating systems to individual boilers, 4,086 boilers shall be installed (including 4,019 apartments under the programme of the Gasification Fund and 67 apartments at the expense of owners).

Further, Fari Khanifov reported on the programme of improving lighting in villages in 2014. He said that 61.4 (or 27.3 percents) of 225 million roubles allocated for the programme have been spent. Dynamics for the last two weeks made 7.7 percents. Works are being carried out in 23 municipal regions. The programme is completed in Laishevo, Nizhnekamsk and Yutazino regions.

A representative of Tatarstan Ministry of Transport and Road reported briefly on the process of patch work on motor roads of regional and federal purpose.

Tatarstan Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Artem Sidorov reported on the process of executing sanitary and ecologic two-month campaign to clean up cities and regions in Tatarstan, which started on April 1, 2014. He said, in particular, that, as of May 16, 4174 violations were detected in the sanitary and ecological field, 3372 protocols have been drawn up, 239 legal entities and 745 officials have been put to justice.

Rustam Minnkhanov suggested active engaging of the youth, students, schoolchildren, as well as volunteers, in holding sanitary and ecological events.
