Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan aims to establish long-term relations with Air Liquide

On May 22, at his meeting with Air Liquide Vice-President Jean Pierre Duprieu within the framework of St. Petersburg international economic forum (May 22-24), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan and Air Liquide have been cooperating for six years , and the republic aims to establish long-term relations.
During the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that the company is implementing the project on production of technical gas ta special economic zone “Alabuga”. Moreover, Air Liquide is building the filing station for intake, distribution, and storage of air products.
Air Liquide Vice-President Jean Pierre Duprieu said that the company is developing another joint project in health care industry on supplying oxygen to medical institutions.

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
