Private industrial park to be established in Laishevo region of Tatarstan

On May 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn foundation stone laying ceremony of a private industrial park of municipal level InPark in Laishevo region of Tatarstan.
DoorHan group of companies, which main activity is the manufacture of automatic doors and gates, is the project investor. DoorHan has assembly facilities in Russia (including one assembly plant in Laishevo region of Tatarstan), the Czech Republic and China. The company's factory in Suzhou, China has been located at the industrial park of municipal level for many years and DoorHan plans to make use of the gained experience to create similar industrial parks in Russia.
According to Director General of DoorHan Alexander Khanin, creation of industrial parks is a new area for the company, and DoorHan chose Tatarstan as a place for its first project because of its most comfortable investment climate.
Three buildings with a total area of 90,000 square meters will be located on a site of 25 hectares. The first building with an area 18,000 square meters is planned to be open in the fourth quarter of 2016, the other two will be commissioned afterwards, one building every two years.
Alexander Khanin noted that well equipped areas will be available for rent for small and medium size business.
The total project cost is more than one billion roubles, the company will invest own funds without attracting loans and other financing from the side. According to Alexander Khanin, the estimated project payback is 6-8 years.
"I am pleased that we are launching this project on Day of Russian Entrepreneur. The entrepreneurship support is the main task of the state. In our republic we have done quite a lot in terms of development of platforms for big business, but the park offered by our partners for small and medium business is new for us,” Rustam Minnikhanov said, speaking at the ceremony.
Tatarstan President thanked DoorHan for the initiative to implement the project. "I am sure this site will be very attractive and I assure you that we will provide maximum support to this investment project and Laishevo region," Rustam Minnikhanov said.
At the end of the ceremony, the honoured guests put symbolic puzzle pieces together to mark the beginning of construction of the new industrial park.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
