Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in opening of new village club in Bolshie Kabany, Laishevo region

On May 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Laishevo region Mikhail Afanasiev took part in opening of new village club in Bolshie Kabany. New two-floor village club with total area of 489 m ²was built for five months. 12.3 million roubles were allocated for construction works.
Mikhail Afanasiev said that it is the fifth club built under regional programme “Village clubs”.
Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, noted that it is a very important social object for the village, and presented certificate for 100, 000 roubles for developing material and technical base of the club to Director Nadezhda Malysheva.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
