Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Governor of Adana province Hüseyin Avni Coş

On May 29, at their meeting in Turkey, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Adana province Hüseyin Avni Coş discussed mutually beneficial cooperation, increase of external trade turnover between Tatarstan and Adana province.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Hüseyin Avni Coş for warm reception and given opportunity to visit major industrial sites in Adana. He told about economic development of Tatarstan, activity of major industrial enerprises.
Turkish businessmen were interested in cooperation in petrochemical and textile industry.
Rustam Minnikhanov believes that participation of Turkish companies in Tatarstan will help entering Russian and foreign markets.
Tatarstan President is accompanied by Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President on international and foreign economic affairs Radik Gimatdinov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov, Chairman of RT State Committee on Tourism Sergey Ivanov, Director General of OAO SEZ “Alabuga” Timur Shagivaleev, Director General of OAO SEZ “Innopolis” Igor Nosov, and Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Shamil Ageev.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
