Ildar Khalikov meets with Chinese delegation from Anhui province

On June 25, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov met with a Chinese delegation from Anhui province led by Vice Governor Mrs. Hua Jianhui at Tatarstan Government House.
Ildar Khalikov told members of the Chinese delegation about social and economic development of Tatarstan, noting that the republic is one of the leading Russian regions having a favourable investment climate.
“China is one of the strategic partners both for Tatarstan and Russia. Tatarstan features developed oil, petrochemical and engineering industries,” Ildar Khalikov pointed out, adding that these areas can be of interest to Chinese partners.
Mrs. Hua Jianhui, in her turn, told about Anhui province and expressed her interest in cooperation with Tatarstan in economic and humanitarian spheres.
Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov and other officials took part in the meeting.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
