Tatarstan President visits new kindergarten in Almetievsk

On June 27, before the annual board session of OAO “Tatneft”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Head of Almetievsk region Mazit Salikhov, Director General of OAO Tatneft Nail Maganov, Advisor to Tatneft Board Chairman Shafagat Takhautdinov, deputy of State Duma Rishat Abubakirov visited kindergarten № 7 “Zolotoi klyuchik”.
It is a new modern two-floor kindergarten for 270 children. There are musical and sports hall, methodics department, Tatar class, medical room, catering facilities and laundry. A modern, developmental environment that will help developing all children’s activities was provided in the kindergarten.
“We should put our soul into education of the younger generation. Preschool education is a very important stage in a child’s life. When children turn three they start studying, preparing for school and life. Kindergarten is an educational complex. Competitiveness of our country and region depends on whether our children are ready for a modern life. Implementation of three-year progamme aimed at providing more places at preschool organizations has started in the republic. Thus, 30, 000 new places are to be provided by 2016 in 45 regions. I wanted to say that this kindergarten is really nice, well designed and located in a good area. I would like to thank leaders of Almetievsk town and Tatneft managers for projects they implement in the town and republic,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
Summing up, Rustam Minnikhanov gifted an interactive kit to the kindergarten.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
