On July 1, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited polyclinic OOO “Spasenie”, the first project in Tatarstan when a government-owned polyclinic was reconstructed under private-state partnership.
The concession agreement was signed between OOO “Spasenie” and Ministry of Land and Property last year. The building of polyclinic was completely reconstructed. Currently total area of the polyclinic makes 717 m², the planned capacity is 250 visits per shift. 20,8 million roubles were spent for repair works, equipment for 4 million roubles was purchased. Total sum of investments made 24,8 million roubles.
Rustam Minnikhanov looked around medical rooms and state-of-the-art equipment. The President was satisfied with carried out works.
In the interview Minister of Health Adel Vafin said that primary medical care with 80 per cent of all medical services is one of priority areas in the industry.
The Minister noted that this polyclinic is the first project that was realized under private-state partnership, and highly qualified specialists work there.

On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
