Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in solemn opening of kindergarten “Shatlyk” in Zainsk

On July 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Zainsk municipal region to take part in regional meeting on agricultural issues in Kadyrovo settlement.
Upon arrival in Zainsk, Minnikhanov visited the new pre-school “Shatlyk”, which was built using regional and federal budget funds. The pre-school is designed for 120 children (six groups), the actual number of children is 126 (four groups for two-three-year-old children and two groups for three-four-year-old children). The "Shatlyk" is equipped with computers and laptops, musical center and televisions.
Tatarstan President attended the opening ceremony of the kindergarten and presented its management a certificate to purchase interactive equipment.
Rustam Minnikhanov is sure that children and their parents will be satisfied with the new preschool.

On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference , the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that 170 educational facilities will have capital overhaul by federal and regional programmes, having added that the bulk of the projects are planned to begin at the start of the summer holidays.
