“The Customs Union, Common Economic Space of Eurasia and Southern Common Market (common market of Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Paraguay and Uruguay) are launching similar integration processes, but they do not know much about each other. Therefore, we need to do brainstorming about modernization and innovations, investments and intelligent solutions,” Sergei Brilev said.

The Vice-President stressed that Uruguay policy is based on adherence to the idea of multi-polarity of the modern world, respect of international law, and sovereignty of countries, observance of democratic principles, and drive for peaceful resolution of conflicts and struggle against any displays of discrimination.
