On July 14, at their meeting in Montevideo, Uruguay, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director of Oversil automotive company German Soler discussed cooperation potential of the company with Tatarstan in the sphere of manufacturing and promotion of automotive products.
Automotive plants OAO KAMAZ, OAO Sollers and OAO POElAZ and rapidly developing enterprises producing automotive components, fuels and lubricants are making up a powerful industrial cluster in Tatarstan. We are interested in establishing new contacts and see big potential in cooperation with Uruguay companies, Tatarstan President noted.
Oversil S. A. is an exclusive importer and distributer of Citroen S. A. (since 1967) and “Harley Davidson Motor Co.” (since 1997) in Uruguay.
The company cooperates with 19 dealer enterprises within the country, and provides services in one service station, quick-service station in a luxury district, and 14 repair stations throughout the country. Company’s storage is located in a free trade area Zona Franca in Montevideo.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
