New sports club opened in Makulovo village in Verkhny Uslon region, Tatarstan

On July 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new sports club in Makulovo village in Verkhny Uslon region, Tatarstan.
Deputy Head of Verkhny Uslon municipal region Sergey Osyanin told Tatar-Inform reporters that the sports club was built in 9 months. Makulovo is the geographical center and the largest village in Verkhny Uslon region, with 1700 people living there.
“All the facilities needed for living in a village, such as school, medical and veterinary stations, are present here. I think that all these infrastructure facilities are very important for the villagers. There are about 30 programmes that focus mainly on our rural settlements, " Tatarstan President said.
During his trip to Verkhny Uslon region, Rustam Minnikhanov looked around a modular veterinary station commissioned this year and ambulance station repaired in 2012. Head of the republic also visited medical facilities to evaluate their equipment and results of construction and repair works.
Tatarstan regional branch of the Russian political party "United Russia" took part in the implementation of the project of construction of the sports club, modular veterinary station and repair of the ambulance station in Makulovo village.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
