Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in cultural and charitable project “Ramadan Tent” in Moscow

Yesterday, on July 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the annual cultural and charitable project “Ramadan Tent” in Moscow.
The event is organized by the Russian Muftis Council and held annually. The Days of the national republics and friendly Muslim countries were held at the Tent within several days. The yesterday’s evening was dedicated to Tatarstan.
Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin opened the event. Welcoming the audience, Rustam Minnikhanov said that it has become a good tradition to gather in Moscow to share the evening meal Iftar. "It is very important or that not only Muslims but also our close friends have come here today. I am pleased to welcome you. I want to thank each of you for being here today with us," he said.
Tatarstan President stressed that the event is important not only for Muslims and Tatars, but for all the peoples of Russia, living peacefully together. "Our country is rich, it is multiethnic and multi-confessional. We live in peace and harmony. And today's holiday shows our tolerance, " Minnikhanov noted.
Following the prayer, the participants were shown an entertainment programme .

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
