Rustam Minnikhanov inspects fields in Rybnaya-Sloboda region

On August 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov made a helicopter flight over Rybnaya-Sloboda region and then landed at the field of "Rybnaya-Sloboda Food Cooperative" near Balyky Chukaevo village, where he talked with combine and machine operators, wishing them successful completion of the harvest campaign.
During their meeting heads of rural settlements and farms of the region and Tatarstan President discussed the progress of the harvest campaign. “Your fields are quite good, now it is important that the weather will be good,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
Head of Rybnaya-Sloboda region Ilkham Valeev reported that this year's grain crop yield to be 25 per cent higher than last year, with 89 combines being operated in the fields.
Rustam Minnikhanov asked about growing fruit and berry crops in the region. According to the head of one of the farms, they manage to gather a good crop of raspberries, currants and other berries.
At the end of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov wished villagers a successful harvest with good crops.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
