The largest mixed fodder production plant in Southeast Tatarstan opens in Bugulma

On August 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administrative Office Asgat Safarov, Minister of Agriculture Marat Akhmetov, and Head of Bugulma region Ildus Kasymov took part in opening of a mixed fodder production plant and new kindergarten in Bugulma (Tatarstan).

It was noted that OOO “Reproduct” is the investor of the mixed fodder production plant. Up to 200, 000 tonnes of mixed fodder will be produced at the new plant annually.

There is an elevating complex for 36, 000 tonnes of grain at the plant. The ready-made produce will be sold in Tatarstan, Samara, and other neighboring regions. The project cost is 2.2 billion roubles.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the investor for building the complex in Bugulma region, and wished successful realization of the project and further plans on developing business in Tatarstan.

OOO “Reproduct” Director General Ilshat Tukaev, who took part in the event, said that the plant’s annual gross sales will make 3.6 billion roubles when the project capacity is reached. Moreover, 230 jobs will be provided, and the average salary will amount to 30, 000 roubles.

The company is also planning to build a reproducing puncher for 120 million eggs, and a meat packing plant with the capacity of 30, 000 tonnes per hour. The total amount of funds to be invested by the company in Bugulma region will make 10 billion roubles.

The honoured guests launched the production, and looked around the plant.

Later on the same day, Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of a kindergarten “Skazka” after reconstruction. Speaking at the ceremony, the President noted that lately regional government has paid much attention to development of educational organizations, and 56 more new kindergartens will be built in Tatarstan this year.
