Ildar Khalikov opens new culture centre in Kamsko-Ustinsky region

On August 26, during his working trip to Kamsko-Ustinsky region, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in opening of multi-purpose centre in Barguzino village, visited fire station and held a meeting with local administration.
Ildar Khalikov congratulated dwellers of Barguzino village on opening of the multi-purpose centre that is combined with medical and obstetric station. He also handed letters of gratitude to the builders.
At the meeting with local administration, Head of Kamsko-Ustinsky region Zufar Garafiev told about work conducted within the framework of special-purpose programmes, work of main enterprises, and social organizations. Zufar Garafiev thanked regional leadership for overall support.
The Prime Minister highly estimated everything he had seen during the visit: “Your region is very special. It is changing and becoming more comfortable for citizens due to investments and realization of some programmes. There is a good potential for developing rourism, fishing and other spheres.”
Summing up, Ildar Khalikov told about social and economic development of the republic and its prospects.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
