Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov becomes Chairman of OAO “Tatfondbank” Board

A general shareholders meeting and board session of OAO “Tatfondbank” was held on August 27. New board of directors comprised of 11 members, including Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Managing Director, Head of UBS Directorate for organization of Funding in Eastern Europe and CIS Anatoly Iofe was elected.
Ildar Khalikov has become the Board Chairman of OAO “Tatfondbank”. The structure of new board has not changed, and the decision about establishing the Committee on strategy, the Committee on audit and risks and the Committee on staff and rewards was made.
The report of Chairman of the Committee on strategy R. Musin on main trends and expected results of Russian banking system development in 2014, and prospects for 2015-2016 was discussed at the session.
The regulations on Internal Audit Service of OAO “Tatfondbank” and new edition of the Regulations about internal control system were approved by members of the Board.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
