Situation with capital overhaul and payment collection in State housing fund was reported to Tatarstan Prime Minister

A capital overhaul of multifamily houses in Tatarstan has started in 2255 houses. It makes 96 % of the whole program for the year 2009. Still, 89 houses have not been covered. This information was delivered by the RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin at a regular meeting on issues of federal law “About fund of assistance to housing and communal reform” implementation.

The videoconference meeting was held by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov. All municipal regions took part in meeting.

Marat Khusnullin said the volume of realized works for today makes 4 bln. 159 mln. roubles (43%) from total volume of the program. But according to acts the volume encircles only 453 mln. roubles. Such a situation causes misunderstanding. Thus Marat Khusnullin demanded on examining the situation with funds transfer to contract organizations and make it clear.

Head of RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing separately reported on situation with payment for electric power by citizens which do not have devices for energy accounting. In fact, there is a great number of complaints with high bills for energy payment.

Executive officer of State housing fund under RT President Talgat Abdullin, in his turn, reported on realization of social mortgage program in republic.

Head of Treasury department under RT Ministry of finance Marat Faizrakhmanov said likewise about collection of payment to RT State housing fund. By the latest data the Fund received 1 bln. 729 mln. roubles. The main part – from big enterprises, 170 mln. roubles – from independent oil companies.
